Akhilesh Yadav , Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on Monday gave a statement about his ‘monsoon offer’ in a humorous manner and also talked about ‘winter offer’. When media persons in the Parliament premises asked him about his ‘monsoon offer’, he said that ‘it is already raining, ‘winter offer’ will also come in future.’ After this he came to the nameplate controversy. He said that the work of installing nameplates has been done by both the ‘double engine’ governments together. ‘Double engine’ means both the center and the state have done the work of writing the names on the shops together. On the by-elections to be held on 10 seats in UP, Akhilesh said that its date will also be announced. A few days ago, Akhilesh had said in one of his posts that ‘Monsoon offer: Bring 100 and form the government.’
His post came after dissatisfaction arose among some BJP leaders in Uttar Pradesh.
