modi government, Top bureaucrats of all ministries and departments of the central government have been directed to identify one such impactful project, which will be implemented in the first 100 days of the third term of the Narendra Modi government. Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba also said in a letter to all secretaries that ministries and departments will have to adopt a whole-of-government approach in formulating and implementing their policies and plans. He said that concrete steps will have to be taken to make India the third largest economy in the shortest possible time.

Government’s special instructions to all ministries and departments

The letter states that the ministries and departments will take steps to implement the tasks in the 100-day agenda prepared by them after getting the necessary approval. Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba said in the letter that each ministry and department will prepare plans to implement the Panch Pranab announced during PM Modi’s address on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15.

On the other hand, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research has prepared to present 100 new varieties of crops and new technologies like agriculture, horticulture, soil conservation, dairy and fisheries in the first 100 days of the third term of the Modi government. This information was given by the Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Research and Education and the Director General of ICAR. He indicated that these technologies and techniques can be inaugurated by PM Modi. The Director General of ICAR was talking to reporters at the Pusa campus on the first day of the two-day programs organized to commemorate the 96th Foundation and Technology Day of ICAR.
