Maharashtra: Privilege breach motion against minister Uday Samant
Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader Anil Parab on Thursday moved a breach of privilege motion in the Legislative Council against Maharashtra Industry Minister Uday Samant for allegedly giving misleading information to the House. Parab claimed that during a discussion a day earlier, the minister had told the House that Rs 90 crore had been recovered from Roadways Solutions Pvt Ltd, but this was a false statement.
