During his three-day foreign visit, Prime Minister Modi first went to Russia, where he attended the 22nd India-Russia summit with President Vladimir Putin. Prime Minister Modi was officially awarded the ‘Order of St. Andrew the Apostle’ by Putin on Tuesday. Modi has been awarded this honor for his contribution towards promoting bilateral relations between the two countries.
