Congress made a strategy to surround

At the same time, in this budget session, Congress has made a strategy to corner the government in the assembly. Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Tikaram Julie on Tuesday appealed to the Congress MLAs to strongly raise issues related to public interest and the concerns of marginalized people in the upcoming assembly session. A brainstorming session was held in the Congress Legislature Party meeting on Tuesday to formulate a strategy to corner the BJP government in the assembly session.

Appeal by Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie

In the meeting, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie expressed his gratitude to the party leadership for entrusting such an important responsibility to a member of the Dalit community and sought cooperation from all the MLAs. During the meeting, Julie urged the MLAs to strongly raise issues of public interest and the concerns of the marginalized people. He also talked about plans to form a shadow cabinet with the aim of making the BJP government accountable.

According to the spokesperson of the Pradesh Congress Committee, the meeting was also addressed by senior party leaders including AICC general secretary Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Sachin Pilot, Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara and former minister Harish Chaudhary. On this occasion, the newly elected MPs of Congress and India Alliance were also felicitated by the Pradesh Congress. However, two MPs – Rajkumar Roat of BAP and Hanuman Beniwal of RLP – could not attend the meeting due to different reasons.

Dotasara accused of spying on ministers

On the other hand, Dotasara, while criticizing the BJP government, alleged that the special assistants of the ministers are spying on the ministers. Talking to reporters, Dotasara claimed that these assistants are sharing information related to files with Delhi and the Chief Secretary. Dotasara also took a dig at Kirori Meena’s resignation from the post of minister and raised questions on the status of acceptance of his resignation. Meena had recently said that he has resigned from the post of minister due to not being able to make BJP win Dausa and some other Lok Sabha seats in the Lok Sabha elections. However, his resignation has not been accepted yet.
