Liquor bottles distributed to celebrate BJP MP K Sudhakar’s victory
BJP MP Liquor Distribution Viral Videos: A video has surfaced in which liquor bottles were distributed at a party organised by Karnataka’s Chikballapur BJP MP K Sudhakar to celebrate his victory in the Lok Sabha elections. BJP MP Dr K Sudhakar had won the election from Chikballapur.
His supporters held a thanksgiving party in Nelamangala on Sunday. The event was organised by the BJP president of Nelamangala taluk. It is said that MP K Sudhakar was not present at the event.
Beer and hard liquor were distributed
According to Bengaluru Rural District Police, permission for this event was taken from the Excise Department. It is said that apart from non-veg food, beer and hard liquor were also distributed in the event.
Permission was sought to serve alcohol at the event
A letter was written to the Excise Department seeking permission to serve liquor at the event and after paying the fee, a one-day liquor license was granted. The situation worsened when more people than expected reached there and there was a rush to buy beer and liquor.
