Prataprao Jadhav, Union minister and Shiv Sena MP Prataprao Jadhav has claimed that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) had won more than 400 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, it would have been possible to include Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) into India and take back the land occupied by China in 1962.

Speaking at a felicitation function organised by the Mahayuti alliance in Akola, Jadhav said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has long been dreaming of including PoK in the map of India. “PoK is an integral part of India but is under the control of Pakistan. India also aims to reclaim the land occupied by China during the 1962 war. If it had won more than 400 seats (NDA in the recent Lok Sabha elections), it would have got a two-third majority, which would have made these aspirations possible,” the Minister of State for AYUSH and Public Health and Family Welfare said.

False propaganda of change in constitution

Buldhana MP Prataprao Jadhav alleged that false propaganda was spread that the Constitution will be changed if Modi comes back to power. He said that the Constitution cannot be changed and cited the Emergency imposed by Indira Gandhi in 1975 as a real example of overturning the Constitution. During the Lok Sabha elections, the parties of the India Alliance including the Congress had claimed that if the NDA gets 400 seats in the elections, they will abolish the Constitution. There was a lot of uproar over this.

CM Yogi has also done it POK claim to take

During the Lok Sabha elections, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath had also claimed that POK will join India. During the election campaign, he had said in a rally that if the NDA gets 400 seats, then POK will join India within 6 months of the formation of the government.
