The constable has not been transferred to Bengaluru, CISF confirmed

Actress turned BJP MP Kangana Ranaut allegedly slapped (Kangana Ranaut slapped) suspended for assault C.I.S.F. Constable Kulwinder Kaur has been transferred from Chandigarh. Reports that she has been transferred to Bengaluru and ‘reinstated’ were doing the rounds on social media.

But now the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) on Wednesday issued a clarification saying that constable Kulwinder Kaur, who allegedly slapped BJP MP Kangana Ranaut at the Chandigarh airport last month, is still suspended and a departmental inquiry is going on against her.

Kangana was slapped by a female CISF constable

Let us tell you that on June 6, Kangana was slapped by an on-duty female CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport while she was going to New Delhi. The constable, identified as Kulwinder Kaur, was reportedly unhappy with Kangana’s comments about the women of Punjab during the farmers’ agitation against the three agricultural laws, where Kangana had said that they participated in the protests for money.

Kangana assured everyone that she is safe

After the incident, Kangana had assured everyone on Instagram that she was safe, as she said in a video message, ‘First of all, I am safe; I am absolutely fine… As soon as I came out after the security check, a woman in another cabin, who was a CISF security staff member, was waiting for me to cross and hit me on the face from the side. She started abusing me. When I asked her why, she said she supports the farmers’ protest. I am safe, but my concern is how do we deal with the growing terrorism and extremism in Punjab.’

Earlier news had come that Constable Kulwinder Kaur has been transferred

Earlier there were reports that CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur, who had allegedly slapped Kangana Ranaut at the Chandigarh airport last month, following which an inquiry was initiated against her, has been transferred but CISF has clarified that she is still suspended and a departmental inquiry is going on against her.
