Samajwadi Party’s national general secretary Shivpal Yadav has given a big statement regarding the rape of a 12-year-old girl in Bhadarsa, Ayodhya. He has strongly condemned this incident and demanded a narco test of the victim, the accused and Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya.
Shivpal, while demanding a narco test of Deputy CM Keshav Maurya, wrote, “I strongly condemn the Ayodhya incident and also support the demand for narco test made by Shri Pawan Pandey. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya should also undergo a narco test so that it becomes clear who is doing cheap politics on sensitive issues.”
In fact, before this, Deputy CM Keshav Maurya had tweeted that saving rapists is the innate nature of SP. If the rapist is a Muslim, then the entire Saifai family puts its weight behind saving him. He further wrote – SP will be destroyed. SP General Secretary had retorted to this statement of Keshav Maurya.

What did Pawan Pandey demand?
Former SP MLA from Ayodhya and minister in the Akhilesh government, Tej Narayan Pandey alias Pawan Pandey had demanded a narco test of the victim’s mother along with the accused Moeed Khan. After that, he also demanded a DNA test of both. Shivpal Yadav has supported this demand of Pawan Pandey.

This rape incident is from Ayodhya’s Pura Kalandar police station area, where after raping a 12-year-old girl, the accused made an obscene video of her and then blackmailed her for a long time and kept raping her in turns. This case came to light when the victim became two months pregnant.

The 12-year-old girl is the youngest of four sisters. Her father died two years ago. The household is run by the money earned by her mother and sisters as laborers. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago, the victim was returning from the field after working as a laborer. On the way, she met a man named Raju who told her that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling her.
It is alleged that Moeed raped her and Raju made a video of it. Then Raju also raped the girl. Both of them kept doing dirty things with her for a long time by blackmailing her on the basis of the video. The matter came to light when the girl became 2 months pregnant.

Action after outrage from Hindu organizations
In this case, the victim’s family also complained to the police, but it is alleged that initially no action was taken on it. Later, when Hindu organizations along with Nishad Party people expressed anger, the police arrested SP’s Bhadarsa city president Moeed Khan and Raju, who worked at his bakery. The victim’s mother said that when we went to the police station with a complaint, the inspector told us to keep Raju’s name, but remove the other name. Then after the intervention of the SP, our case was registered. We want death penalty for the accused.

The victim’s mother had met CM Yogi
The mother of the victim minor girl met CM Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow last Friday. During this, the CM assured strict action against SP leader Moeed Khan and other accused. After this, action has been taken against the police station in-charge and outpost in-charge and investigation of the property of the accused has been started.
