Cloudbursts have occurred at least in four places in Himachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours. This devastation occurred in Mandi village around 12 o’clock on Wednesday and Thursday night. People who came to know about it, fled to safety but those who were sleeping got caught in this flood of debris.
