From the first of Thursday, the commercial LPG cylinder has become costlier by Rs 8.50.

Prices increased so much from Delhi to Mumbai
According to the website of IOCL, the new prices of commercial gas cylinders from Delhi to Mumbai have been implemented from 6 am on August 1, 2024. After the latest change, now the 19 kg LPG cylinder (Delhi LPG Cylinder Price) in the capital Delhi has increased from Rs 1646 to Rs 1652.50. Here there has been an increase of Rs 6.50 per cylinder. If we talk about Kolkata, the price of commercial gas cylinder has been increased by Rs 8.50.

In Mumbai, the price of this cylinder has increased by Rs 7 from today to Rs 1605, which was Rs 1598 till now. Apart from this, the price of LPG cylinder has also increased in Chennai, the commercial cylinder which was available for Rs 1809.50 from the first date here has now become Rs 1817.

Prices were cut in July
Earlier, on the first of July, oil marketing companies had given the gift of LPG price cut. The companies had cut the prices of commercial gas cylinders and the price of 19 kg cylinder in the capital Delhi had come down by Rs 30. Then after the latest change, the price of commercial cylinder in Delhi came down from Rs 1676 to Rs 1646, in Kolkata it came down to Rs 1756 instead of Rs 1787, in Chennai the price of commercial cylinder came down to Rs 1809.50 instead of Rs 1840.50 and in Mumbai its price came down from Rs 1629 to Rs 1598.

Domestic cylinder prices remain stable
On the one hand, there has been a continuous change in the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders, while on the other hand, oil marketing companies have kept the prices of domestic gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price) unchanged for a long time. The central government gave a big relief to consumers on 14 kg domestic gas cylinders on Women’s Day. After this, the price of Domestic LPG Cylinder had come down by Rs 100. At present, no change has been made in the prices of these cylinders since then and the price of a cylinder remains at Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai.
