Jerome Brouillette told the story behind this photo. He said that this photo was taken when Medina was holding the board in the air with his right hand and pointing towards the sky. Brouillette said, “I myself am surprised to see this photo.” He further said that the waves were very high, it is difficult to catch photos in such conditions.
