According to the information, this incident took place at Mastana Chowk located in Ranjhi police station area. There was chaos here when a crazy lover poured petrol on a woman and set her on fire.

Police say that a woman living in Mane village of Ranjhi police station area was sitting at a flower garland shop at Mastana Chowk. At that time, Narendra Punjabi, who lives in the area, reached her shop and started arguing with her about marrying her.

When the woman refused, Narendra took out two petrol-filled balloons from his pocket and threw them on the woman and set her on fire. After setting the woman on fire, Narendra poured the remaining petrol on himself and set himself on fire. Meanwhile, people present on the spot extinguished the fire and admitted both of them to the hospital, where both are undergoing treatment.

The police was informed about this matter. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police say that the 42-year-old woman and the accused Narendra Punjabi were having an affair. The woman is already married. Despite her repeated refusals, Narendra was pressurizing her for marriage for the past several days. The woman has complained to the police several times regarding this matter. However, the police have registered a case against Narendra.
