- Go to your phone’s Play Store and download the UTS app.
- After installing the app, you will have to register.
- After this you click on registration on the home page.
- There you have to enter your name, mobile number, DOB, gender.
- After this an OTP will come on your phone, enter it.
- After entering the OTP you will be logged in.
- After this, you can book the ticket as per your choice.
- For example, if you want to book a platform ticket for Okhla, it will cost you Rs 10.
- After selecting the name of your station here, make the payment.
- You can recharge your wallet and make payment easily using it.
- Apart from this, you can also choose the option of Other Payment.
- After payment, you will see the show ticket option in the app.
- By clicking on show ticket you will see your ticket.

Apart from this, you can check the live running status of any train with the help of NTES (National Train Enquiry System) App. Apart from this, through RailMadad app, you can register a complaint or seek help on any kind of medical facility, cleanliness in coach, etc.
