On Saturday, 27 July, three students died in the basement of Rao IAS Coaching Institute in Old Rajendra Nagar. The death of these students once again brought the bitter truth of the coaching market in front of the society. Well, on such an occasion, students started raising questions about the famous faces associated with the identity of these coaching centers like Awadh Ojha and Vikas Divyakirti. On social media, students were also making fun of this silence. Well, after three days of the incident and the sealing of his Drishti Coaching, a statement of Vikas Divyakirti, well-known among the students, has come out. In this statement, he has put forth his side. Let us know the special points from this.
In the first point, he expressed regret for the delay in presenting his side and said that we did not want to say anything on the basis of incomplete information. He also apologized for this delay. On Saturday’s incident, he said that we are with the victim families, if we can do something for them in any way, we will feel grateful.
The anger of the students was justified
Divyakirti further said that the anger seen among the students regarding this accident is completely justified. It would be great if this anger gets a proper direction and the government implements certain guidelines for coaching institutes. We are ready to actively cooperate with the government in this regard.

He further said that this problem related to coaching institutes is not as simple as it appears from the surface. It has many aspects which are linked to the ambiguity and contradiction of the laws. There is inconsistency in the rules of DDA, MCD and Delhi Fire Department. Similarly, there is a lot of contradiction in the provisions of ‘Delhi Master Plan-2021’, ‘National Building Code’, ‘Delhi Fire Rules’ and ‘Unified Building By-Laws’. Except ‘Delhi Master Plan-2021’, no document has clear provisions for coaching institutes. It is hoped that when the committee appointed by the Union Home Ministry submits its report in a month, most of the points mentioned above will be resolved in it.

It said this on solving the problem
Divyakirti said that the permanent solution to this problem is that the government should select three-four areas in Delhi and designate them for coaching institutes. If the government itself prepares classrooms, libraries, hostels, then there will be no problem of high rent or security provisions.
