Three students died due to water logging in the basement of a coaching centre in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi. After the matter heated up, the Union Home Ministry has formed a committee to investigate. After this incident, the governments of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan have become alert.
