Talking about cyber fraud, it is becoming so common that a single mistake can empty the entire bank account. Scammers have also started trying new methods for looting every day which are not easy to understand immediately and a person becomes its victim and faces huge loss. But sometimes these scammers also come across such a player that they have to face the consequences. Recently, something similar happened with a scammer while trying to loot.
The matter came to light when an ex-user @GauravSharan09 shared a screenshot of the chat with the scammer. In this, he received a message that – ‘Your HDFC account has been disabled. Click on this link to update your PAN number.’
From here the person replied- ‘Ok Bhaiya’. After this the scammer is convinced that this guy is trapped and from there he replies- ‘Now open this link and enter the PAN number.’ After this Gaurav replies- ‘It is easily understood that this is a scamming website. I am a software engineer and can help you in redesigning this page.’

On this, the reply comes from the other side- ‘Really?’ Then Gaurav replies- ‘It will cost 20 thousand rupees, I will make it exactly like HDFC’s website.’ The scammer replies- ‘Ok send me an example of this on WhatsApp.’ In the caption of the screenshots, Gaurav has jokingly written- ‘Lesson- Never mess with a developer.’
People were shocked to see this post on social media. Many people were anxious to know what happened next. Some users jokingly asked whether the scammer gave 20 thousand? One user wrote, ‘Why did you hide his phone number in the photo? Privacy of a scammer?’ Another jokingly said – ‘Brother will never be unemployed in his life.’ One said, ‘Tampering with the innocence of the scammer! This is not right.’ One user said, ‘Take 20 thousand and disappear #ScamTheScammer.’
