Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan is no less than a celebrity. Aryan, who is preparing for his debut as a director in Bollywood, also has a strong fan following and people keep a close eye on updates related to him on social media.

Now Aryan seems to be strengthening his bonding with Delhi, the city where his father was born. Reports suggest that he has bought a new property in Delhi and it has a connection with his parents.

Aryan bought property in Delhi
According to the Economic Times report, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan has bought two floors in a building in South Delhi. This building is in Panchsheel Park and Aryan has bought two floors for Rs 37 crore. The floors are in the same building in South Delhi where Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan once lived.

The report said that this transaction took place in May 2024 and for this Aryan has paid stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore. Shahrukh and Gauri used to live in this building in their early days and now Gauri has designed it herself as it holds a very important place in her life emotionally.

Suhana also bought property
Not only Aryan, his sister Suhana Khan has also made big investments in real estate in the recent past. Reports suggest that in January last year, Suhana bought farmland worth Rs 12.91 crore in Alibaug, Maharashtra. A year later, in February 2024, Suhana bought a beachfront property in Mumbai. Suhana bought this property for Rs 10 crore, which includes stamp duty charges.

Talking about Aryan Khan, he is going to debut in direction and not in acting like his father and sister. His debut web series ‘Stardom’ is getting ready for release. He finished shooting for the show in May. Now the post-production work of this show is going on. This show has not been officially announced yet, but reports suggest that it has cameos of big stars like Shahrukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol.
