After the accident in the library of a coaching centre in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi, the MCD is in action. Meanwhile, Delhi Police has issued a notice to the MCD and has asked the Municipal Corporation to explain who was responsible for the drainage system in Rajendra Nagar area, and whether the work was given on contract to anyone outside?
