How did the accident happen?

Everyone is shocked by the accident that happened in the coaching center. According to the information, the basement suddenly got flooded due to the sewer burst and all the students studying in the library could not come out. At the time of the accident, more than 30 students were present in the basement library. According to the Delhi Fire Department (DFS), information about waterlogging was received from Rao IAS Study Center at around 7 pm. After this, when we immediately went to the spot, the basement was completely filled with dirty water. It was reported that many students were missing. After this, water was pumped out and the bodies of the students were recovered from the basement.
