CCTV footage has surfaced in the case of the murder of a woman living in a paying guest (PG) in Bengaluru. In the footage, the accused can be seen repeatedly attacking the woman. The police have identified the person seen in the CCTV footage and have started investigating the case.
The CCTV footage released by the police is disturbing. In the video, the accused can be seen reaching the woman’s room with a bag in his hand and then knocking on the door. Although the door is not visible in the footage, a few seconds later the door opens and the accused pulls the girl out. After this, the accused repeatedly stabs the woman with a knife one after the other and flees from the spot. The woman is also pleading for help while sitting on the floor, soaked in blood.
The girl is from Bihar
Police said that the girl, originally from Bihar, has been identified as 24-year-old Kriti Kumari. She used to work in a private company in Bengaluru.

Murder on Tuesday
Police believe that the incident took place between 11:10 and 11:30 pm on Tuesday night at the Koramangala VR Layout PG. The incident took place on the third floor of the PG, where Kriti lived in a room.
On receiving information about the incident, Koramangala police and South East Division DCP Sara Fatima visited the spot. Officers are currently keeping an eye on the suspect using CCTV footage. This suspect is believed to be an acquaintance of the girl.
