Rs 90 lakh was withdrawn from the bank account of late Kanak Bihari Das, the head priest of Lonibarra Shri Ram Janaki Mandir Dham in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. A complaint has been lodged with the police in this matter. The police have registered a case against Reena Raghuvanshi alias Sadhvi Lakshmi and others and started investigation. Let us tell you that Mahant Kanak Bihari Das had donated one crore rupees for the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Actually, Shyam Baba, the successor of late Kanak Bihari Das Maharaj had filed a complaint in Chaurai police station, in which it was said that late Kanak Bihari Das had an account in SBI Bank. There was a deposit of Rs 90 lakh in it. Currently, the case regarding the successor is going on in the court.

In the complaint, it was alleged that Reena Raghuvanshi, a resident of Bhopal, along with her accomplices, committed fraud and got her mobile number registered in the account and withdrew the money from the account through net banking. Shyam Baba is also considering himself the successor of Mahant Kanak Bihari Das. At the same time, a copy from the Sadhvi is going viral, in which it is claimed that Mahant Kanak Bihari Das has made her the successor.
Mahant Kanak Bihari Das died in a road accident last year
At present, the police has registered a case against Reena Raghuvanshi alias Sadhvi Lakshmi and others under Section 420 and other sections and started investigation. Late Mahant Kanak Bihari Das died in a road accident on 17 April 2023. He had donated Rs 1 crore for the Ayodhya temple.
In this case, Chaurai SDOP says that a complaint was received. It was said that money has been withdrawn from the account of late Kanak Bihari Das. On the basis of the complaint, an FIR of fraud was registered. Reena Raghuvanshi’s name is registered in it. The investigation of the entire case is going on.
