9 ways to talk to Indians across the border! Video of Pakistani doctor goes viral

India and Pakistan are two neighbouring countries which are often at loggerheads. However, if we talk to the common people of both countries, they are in favour of peace. People of both countries are seen talking about peace and unity through social media. But recently a female doctor from Pakistan, Maryam Fatima, shared a funny video of the Indo-Pak border on Instagram.

In the caption of the post, Maryam has written- ‘Talking to neighbours across the border, the only fun thing to do on the LOC is peace’. In the video, the river Ravi is flowing between the two countries. Some young people of Pakistan are standing on this side and Indian youth are standing on the other side of the river.

In the video, he has explained in points-

1. ‘Even if you are across the river, extend your hand to them and say- Come friend’

2.’Assure me that you will hold my hand, come on friend.’

3. ‘Wave at them and say hi.’

4.’Make a heart for them in the air.’

5. ‘Shout repeatedly – ​​come, and wait for their response.’

6. Tell them – ‘Let’s play cricket across the river.’

7. ‘Tell them how much we loved your singer Sidhu Moosewala.’

8.’Tell them to speak louder.’

9. ‘If things still don’t work out, then give him your phone number in gestures.’

In the video, a very good reaction is also being seen from the Indians standing on the other side.

This video of Maryam has gone viral on Instagram and people are liking it a lot. A user wrote in the comment- ‘This is so cute – lots of love to you from India’. Another Pakistani person wrote- ‘While living in America, I met Indians and came to know how good they are. No one has any hatred for us in their hearts.’ A user wrote- ‘India-Pakistan have similar culture and food. We like to live together.’

Another Pakistani person wrote in the comment- ‘If you really want to meet Indians then come to Dubai. There are Indians everywhere and they are amazing. As a Pakistani I can say that my Indian friends are very respectful.’

Apart from Instagram, Maryam Fatima also runs a YouTube channel – where she shares several videos. While some clips show her personal life, other videos are medically themed.
