24 hours, two enemies, two countries… Apart from Hania, Israel also killed Hezbollah’s number-2

“We will not return from Gaza without eliminating Hamas. We are not going to back down from our goal.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been firm on his statement for the last 10 months and regardless of the world, the Israeli army is continuously carrying out air strikes in the Gaza Strip of Palestine. To put the last nail on the enemy’s bases, the Israeli army has also targeted neighboring countries like Lebanon. Israel has entered two countries in the last 24 hours and carried out two major attacks and has eliminated its two biggest enemies.

On Tuesday, the Israeli army first attacked Lebanon’s capital Beirut and killed Hezbollah’s number-2, i.e. top military commander Fouad Shukar. After that, the Israeli army attacked Iran’s capital Tehran in the early hours of Wednesday and killed Hamas chief Ismail Haniyya and his bodyguard. Haniyya was hiding here. A day before, he had come to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s new president.

Hezbollah terrorist organization in many countries

Hezbollah is one of the most influential Shia military groups in Lebanon and much of the Middle East. It was formed in 1982 when Israel invaded Lebanon. Hezbollah’s main objective was to expel Israeli forces from Lebanon and establish an Islamic state. Hezbollah has also presented itself as a political party and played an important role in Lebanese politics. Hezbollah has also operated social services, hospitals and schools in Lebanon. However, Hezbollah is designated as a terrorist organization by many countries. The organization has been involved in conflicts with Israel several times and receives support from Iran and Syria.

Why is Hezbollah the target of Israel?

Let us tell you that on the evening of 27 July, Hezbollah targeted a football field in northern Israel with an Iranian Falak-1 rocket. 12 children playing in the field were killed in this rocket attack. After this attack, Israel vowed to take revenge and threatened Hezbollah with dire consequences. Fuad Shukar was the right hand man of Hezbollah’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah. He was Nasrallah’s advisor in planning and directing attacks and operations.

How was Hamas chief killed in Iran?

On Wednesday, Israel has avenged the biggest terrorist attack on its soil on 7 October 2023. Within 24 hours after Lebanon, Israel carried out its second major attack in Iran’s capital Tehran. There, the head of the terrorist organization Hamas, Ismail Haniya, who is considered the mastermind of the 7 October attack, was killed in his own house.

Hania was seen with world leaders a day earlier

Just a day before, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyya had met with Iran’s supreme leaders in Tehran. Haniyya had gone to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s new president Masoud Pezeshkian. Pictures of Haniyya’s meeting with Iran’s ministers and top leaders in Tehran have also surfaced. There is no sign of any anger or worry on his face. There is no sign of any such apprehension that Israel is going to enter his house and kill him in a few hours. Israel is going to launch such a precise attack that Haniyya will not even get a chance to escape.

What happened on October 7?

On 7 October 2023, Hamas shocked the whole world by launching a serial attack on Israel. More than 1200 people were killed in Israel in Hamas’s terrorist attack. Hamas fighters took 250 Israelis hostage to the Gaza Strip. Hamas still holds 150 Israelis hostage. This is the reason why Hamas and its chief were at the top of Israel’s hit list. To avenge the Hamas attack, Israel attacked Palestine and killed many Hamas and Hezbollah commanders. The elimination of Hania and Fuad Shukr is Israel’s biggest success. At the same time, Hamas claims that more than 39 thousand Palestinian civilians have died in Israeli attacks so far. Israel says that it has killed more than 14 thousand fighters of Hamas and its allies in this operation.

In the Israel-Palestine conflict, Ismail Haniya was one such name who had kept the torch of Palestine and Hamas’s cause burning for the past three decades. Israel has been wreaking havoc on Palestine for the past 10 months. Israel has left no stone unturned in turning the Gaza Strip into a graveyard. Ismail Haniya himself was living a safe life in Qatar, far away from Gaza, but here in Palestine his family was being wiped out one by one.

In April 2024, Israeli security forces also killed three sons of Haniya. Haniya had 13 sons. So far, three sons, one grandson and three granddaughters have died. Israel had killed three sons of Haniya by airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army IDF had said that Haniya’s three sons Amir, Hazem and Mohammad were going to carry out terrorist activities in Gaza, meanwhile all three came under air strikes. After that, on 25 June 2024, 10 members of the family including his sister were killed in an attack on the refugee camp. Before that, in October last year, when Israel started wreaking havoc on Gaza, 14 members of the family including Ismail’s brothers and nephews were killed.
