Former Samajwadi Party MP ST Hasan has given a statement regarding this. He says that just by cutting hair, the weight would have been reduced by 200 grams. ST Hasan says that our government should intervene in the matter and find a solution. Corruption has increased a lot in sports as well. Attention has to be paid to all this.
According to former MP ST Hasan- It is a very sad news that such a good player of ours was disqualified because of 100 grams. 100 grams increases if a person drinks a glass of water. If he gets his hair cut, 200 grams decrease. The player should have been given this much relaxation, what crime did he commit that he was disqualified in such a hurry.
There should be a high level investigation into this. The morale of the players should not be broken. Our government should intervene in this. Somewhere or the other, there has been a conspiracy against our players. We hope that our player will get justice. If he gets a day or two, at least he can get his hair cut, his weight will reduce by 100 grams. He should get a chance to play.
