2 bodies were found under the bridge on the river bank after postmortem, gross negligence came to light

Two unclaimed bodies whose post-mortem was conducted two days ago in Dehri of Rohtas district have been recovered from under the railway bridge of Son river. ASP Shubhank Mishra of Dehri has told that the post-mortem of these two bodies has already been conducted. Probably the railway police, being negligent, threw the bodies from the train into the river without disposing them lawfully.

ASP said that this is a very serious matter. Action will be taken against whoever has been negligent in this matter. On Tuesday, the police received information that two bodies tied with plastic were lying near pillar number 87 under the railway bridge in the Son river near Makrain in Dalmia Nagar area.

A crowd gathered around and the police pulled both the bodies out of the water. When the plastic wrapper was torn and pulled out in the presence of the FSL team, the bodies were found to have already undergone post-mortem. The ASP said that as per the information that has come to light at first glance, one body is of an unknown beggar and the other body is of an unclaimed person who died after being hit by a train.

At present, both of them could not be identified. In such a situation, both the bodies were thrown into the water without following the social procedure. This is a serious matter. Whoever has committed such negligence, action will be taken against them.
