A tragic accident happened in Karol Bagh, Delhi. Suddenly an AC panel fell on two people. One person died in this accident. At the same time, one person is seriously injured. The police reached the spot after getting the information and took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem. Also, the injured was admitted to the nearest hospital for treatment. Police say that action is being taken in the case.
According to the police, at around 7 pm on Saturday, a report was received at PS DBG Road that an outdoor unit of an AC had fallen on a person. On reaching the spot, it was found that the outdoor unit of the AC had fallen on two boys from the second floor. The injured boys were rushed to a nearby hospital where 18-year-old Jitesh, a resident of Doriwalan, Delhi was declared dead.
Meanwhile, the other injured person, 17-year-old Pranshu, a resident of Patel Nagar, is undergoing treatment in the hospital. At present, Pranshu is not fit to give a statement. In this regard, a case has been registered under FIR No. 387/24, Section 125(A)/106 BNS, dated 17/08/24, PS DBG Road. The forensic team has examined the spot and further investigation is underway.
