18 thousand rupees per year to a woman of the house, metro train in Jammu-Srinagar… Important points of BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’

Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) manifesto for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. During this, Amit Shah announced that metro work will start in Jammu and Kashmir. Farmers will be given Rs 10,000 annually. Damaged temples will be rebuilt. IT hubs will be established. Pension of the elderly and disabled will be increased. Landless people will be given 5 marla land.

Amit Shah said that loans of women self-help groups will be waived. 5 lakh employment opportunities will be created. Tawi River Front will be built in Jammu. Amusement park will be built in Srinagar. Dal Lake will be developed at world level. Maa Samman Yojana will be introduced. 2 cylinders will be given under Ujjwala Yojana. Students will be given coaching fees of 10 thousand rupees. Ayush Herbal Park will be built in Kishtwar. Rajouri will be made a tourism spot. A woman of the family will be given 18 thousand rupees annually. College students will be given assistance of 3 thousand rupees every year.

Important points of BJP’s manifesto

– By completely eliminating terrorism and separatism, we will make Jammu and Kashmir the leader in development and progress in the country.

– Maa Samman Yojana will be introduced. Under this scheme, the senior-most woman of the house in Jammu and Kashmir will be given Rs 18,000 annually. Also, the state government will provide assistance for the interest on bank loans of women self-help groups. While Ujjwala beneficiaries will be given 2 LPG cylinders free every year.

– Pandit Prem Nath Dogra will create 5 lakh employment opportunities in Jammu and Kashmir through Rozgar Yojana (PPNDRY).

– Under the ‘Pragati Shiksha Yojana’, college students will be given Rs 3,000 annually as transport allowance.

– Will enable the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to prepare for competitive exams like JKPSC and UPSC. For this, a fair and just recruitment process will be ensured with timely interviews. Coaching fees up to 10 thousand will be given for 2 years. Transportation cost to the examination centers and one-time application fee will be paid.

– Tablets-laptops will be given to students studying in higher secondary classes in remote areas.

– Through Atal Awas Yojana, landless people will be given free allotment of 5 marla land.

– We will bring a solution plan for the outstanding electricity and water bills. We will provide drinking water through ‘Har Ghar Nal Se Jal’. We will provide free electricity to families through Suryaghar Free Electricity Scheme, in which a subsidy of Rs 10,000 will be given for the installation of solar equipment.

– Old age, widow and disability pension will be increased three times from Rs 1000 to Rs 3000. So that a respectable life can be ensured for the weaker sections.

– To ensure affordable healthcare for all of us, Rs 2 lakh will be given in addition to the Rs 5 lakh coverage of Ayushman Bharat Sehat Yojana.

– We will add 1,000 new seats through existing and upcoming government medical colleges.

– Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 10 thousand rupees will be given, which will include an additional 4 thousand rupees along with the existing 6 thousand.

-Will implement reforms for government employees which will ensure reservation in promotions for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in government services. A transfer policy will be made for all employees, especially Scheduled Caste and other employees working in Kashmir Valley.

– We will give 20 percent quota to Agniveers in government jobs and police recruitment in Jammu and Kashmir. And will follow the reservation policy of Jammu and Kashmir without affecting the general quota.
