16 inch long gourd removed from rectum, veins inside were torn, doctors who operated on the patient were also surprised

A strange case has come to light in Chhatarpur District Hospital of Madhya Pradesh. Here a 16-inch gourd had to be removed from the rectum of a patient through surgery. The team of doctors is also surprised to see such a unique case.

Actually, the 60-year-old farmer came to the doctors complaining of severe pain in the stomach. The doctors did an ultrasound, which revealed that a whole gourd had entered the patient’s anus and due to which the veins inside had burst. However, it is not clear how the gourd reached his rectum? Also, the patient did not give any explanation.

Seeing the condition worsening, the doctors operated on the patient in a hurry and after two hours of complicated surgery, the doctors were successful in removing the one and a half foot long gourd. Then after some time, the suffering patient heaved a sigh of relief.

The team that performed the operation included Dr. Manoj Chaudhary, Dr. Nandkishore Jatav, Dr. Ashish Shukla and Dr. Sanjay Maurya. They performed the surgery after a preliminary examination. After the procedure, the doctors declared that the man is out of danger and his condition is improving.

District hospital doctor Nandkishore Jatav said that the patient is not telling the case study as to how the gourd entered his anus. Mentally ill people do such things. But still the doctors are trying to find out how the gourd entered inside?
