A case of making fake birth certificates has come to light in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh which will shock you. Not 100-200 but more than 10 thousand fake birth certificates have been issued.
These fake birth certificates have been issued at the addresses of many villages where people of that religion and caste do not live. In the case of such fake certificates being made for years in Raebareli, four people including the Gram Vikas Adhikari and the operator of the Public Facility Center have been arrested.
Now the Anti-Terrorism Squad i.e. ATS has also started investigating this. Efforts are being made to find out whether this birth certificate made on a fake address is a part of some deep conspiracy.
Fake birth certificate racket
This story of making fake birth certificates begins from Salon town of Raebareli where Mohammad Riyaz’s son Zeeshan was the operator of this public facility center. Mohammad Riyaz’s seed storage center is also located on the other side of the road right in front of this public facility center.
That is, on one side of the road is the Jan Suvidha Kendra and on the other side is Mohammad Riyaz’s house and shop. It is being told that the fake birth certificates made in Saloni area of Raebareli were made from this Jan Suvidha Kendra.
In fact, Vijay Yadav was the Gram Vikas Adhikari of the villages where the maximum number of fake birth certificates were made. Vijay Yadav, the Gram Vikas Adhikari, lived on rent in the same house of the Jan Suvidha Kendra from where birth certificates were registered in Zeeshan.
After this, when an attempt was made to go to Riyaz and Zeeshan’s house to know the side of the family, no one came forward even after knocking the door. Local people say that Village Development Officer Vijay Yadav had good relations with Riyaz and Zeeshan’s family. This is the reason why Vijay gave his CUG number. (The special mobile number from which verification OTP is issued for any specific work) He had given it to Zeeshan and Zeeshan used to issue fake birth certificate from the OTP received on that CUG number.
What did the village head say?
The villages under the Gram Vikas Adhikari Vijay Yadav were Gopalanantpur, Lahurepur, Sirsara, Nuruddinpur, Jamalpur and Palhi. Out of these, the maximum number of birth certificates were issued from Nuruddinpur village. When information was gathered about the village Pradhan for official information in Nuruddinpur village, it was found that Bhupendra Singh’s wife Sanju Singh is the Pradhan.
Bhupendra Singh, husband of Sanju Singh who was elected Pradhan for the second time, said that the total population of the Gram Panchayat is only seven to eight thousand but he has received information from the officials that more than 12,200 birth certificates have been issued on the address of Nooruddinpur village.
MLA told the conspiracy
Now politics has also started regarding this. Local BJP MLA Ashok Kumar Kori says that this is a conspiracy to influence the vote bank of the area on a large scale. Large scale fake voting took place in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, this birth certificate may be a part of this fake voting. This is not a matter of one district, it should be investigated extensively in the entire state.
ATS engaged in investigation
Lucknow’s IG Range Prashant Kumar along with the ATS team is also investigating this matter. Verification of online birth certificates issued by all the Gram Panchayats in the district is being done. After matching the entire data, the ATS will take further action in this matter. It is being suspected that this case of fake birth certificate is a conspiracy to grant citizenship to illegal intruders who have come through other states or to settle people of any terrorist organization in UP.
